Clear instructions are given as to exactly where the pick up will be. They are very reasonably priced and the cars are modern and clean. "As everyone else says, terrible, terrible service. Go literally anywhere else. Booked 24hrs in advance for 6:45, phoned at that time, and was advised that it would be 10 minutes. At 7:00 I phoned again and was then told it would be 15 minutes. Booked for an airport run, so this added stress that was not needed. Never using again"

"Galaxy cars are the very best in this business, I have had a very bad time this year with my health so I have extensivly since February Back and forth to St,Peters about 20 timèssering Drs, consultants all over the place at all times of the day, discharged after midnight and there wasn't ONE single occasion where they let down and don't know what I would have done without them Always prestine cars with decent drivers to boot. They have personally provided me with a truly exceptional service which I will always be eternally grateful for"

"Absolute ripoff! A 3 min drive cost us £15 on a Saturday lunch time. From Hotel to Wedding venue. On top of the stupid cost the taxi was late which meant that my elderly parents had to be rushed to the venue by a different driver. Do not use. If I didn't need to be at the Wedding venue I would have refused to pay. It's predatory behaviour."

"Looks like Galaxy Cars have some bad reviews, but I had a really good experience with them. I booked in advance for an early morning lift to Gatwick Airport and was quoted a reasonable price. We were actually slightly late leaving our house but the driver was patient and did not charge us extra. I would certainly use them again."
