"Staff clearly dislike working there. Always an issue with self-scan, and there is never a staff member on hand to assist. Covid screens at checkout badly designed and make loading a bag really difficult."

"Not great at dealing with queues. Want you to mostly go to self checkout instead of being served by a person. 7pm at night. Also customer service isn't great and prices are much higher then the big Sainsbury's, also the deals are different. Can't wait for coop to open in wych hill."
