"Nissan micra starter replacement.Not good communication by workers. They quoted but did the job without my confirmation and charged me. Bill was also unclear. I had much cheaper deal with some other garage, but was told that the job is already done and I need to pay £400 Then he went down to £380. I am a new driver and not mechanic, so can’t say anything about what he replaced and how. I do regret using their service though and not recommend anyone to deal with them or at least proper communication is required before making any decision. Will never be back!!!"

"Patience and respect is definitely a virtue here - a repair that was quoted £2,500.00 elsewhere (from both dealers and independent garages for quotes and this was the cheapest) was solved for less than £500. I thank you for your help and will not be going elsewhere with my families cars. Saw other impatient people trying their luck, and would advise them you get what you give - being rude gets you nowhere."
