Food, people the island all fantastic, so good, we wish to return next year same time. Sue was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional in all the advice she gave us, and ensured that my 60th birthday special meal was unforgettable! Already spoke to her about our next adventure!!!”

“It is really difficult to find a travel agent where you can actually deal face-to-face with a person. Not only that, but it is really easy to access their 'shop': via Southgate tube and bus station or local parking (Asda) I found the staff very understanding of our travel plans. They were able to facilitate our need for split flights. Appropriate questions were asked to ensure a successful trip: passport expiry dates, insurance, Covid advice, transfers ... We arrived at our hotel (Frontel) promptly where Al-Ansar had arranged us food, because they knew we’d be hungry. We were settled into the hotel and Madinah and Makkah were amazing as always. Al-Ansar were always there to help us with any questions / concerns. Brother Kausar was always checking up on us to see if we’re okay. They arranged transport to the Haramain rail and dropped us to Madinah airport on departure. Ahmed helped us check in and get ZamZam. All in all it was an amazing experience. “I have been in contact with Quba Travel Ltd for the past 2 years regarding Hajj. Due to the pandemic, we could not go to hajj in 2020 or 2021 and just about a month ago when we were looking to get ready to go to hajj in 2022 with Quba travel, the Saudi hajj ministry had other plans. “Visiting London was my Christmas present, so my girlfriend and me stayed in Sidney Victoria. Levi (I Don’t know if I write it well) did our check in and he welcomed us perfect! We felt the warm welcome and he’s been amazing and so helpful. There was another receptionist from India that was so nice with us as well. I’m working in the industry since 12 years ago and I would to have staff like they in our team! The hotel was nice, but it’s a maze, kind of game to find the room but the rooms are good, well cleaned and full prepared with all kind of facilities. The only thing we did not like is the breakfast; there’s practically nothing but the staff is lovely, so we did not care about that. It’s near all, we walked everywhere and came back walking as well. Definitely we will stay there again soon and we hope to see our friends from front desk again.”
