I would also like to commend the customer service staff who attended to me (Sara). Excellent service, polite and friendly. She should be commended. The buffet breakfast option, is amazing I would recommend. The staff was exceptional. The only challenge was, I couldn't not cast from my phone to the TV. I would highly recommend this hotel. Holiday Inn London - Shepperton, an IHG Hotel
● Open“We held a charity Ladies Lunch and Fashion Show at the newly refurbished Holiday Inn, Shepperton, and it was amazing. From the initial contact and throughout the process all requests/arrangements were met with a positive ‘no problem’ attitude. Under the leadership of the amazing Sandra the whole team were warm, friendly and professional throughout the day. Rooms were provided for the models and choir to get ready in and the main event took place in a beautifully prepared dining room. Nearly 150 guests dined on fantastic food - all delicious, promptly served, and the hot food was hot! This is an annual event, but our first time at this venue, and we will certainly be back - our guests will insist on it! Well done and our grateful thanks to everyone involved. Pam Ling event organiser.”

The Premier Inn chain have restored and updated it this huge building well, retaining the half-timbered black & white exterior and the fabulous stained glass windows. You can sit beside one of these at a first-floor interior balcony, by the staircase, looking out at the Forest as the sun sets. Very clean and warm rooms. Attentive and friendly staff. Good value.”
