“We had the pleasure of staying here for New Year's Eve and News Year Day. The service was fantastic from arrival to departure. Immaculate hotel, rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The service in the bar and restaurant was superb too, the bar/restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. They adapted changes to the food choices without any hesitation to ensure our 3 children were satisfied. The cleaning staff left our rooms gleaming and there was literally nothing to fault. The manageress of the cleaning staff, who was also first aid trained was absolutely superb at supporting us on new years day as our youngest had quite a dramatic nose bleed, she was so calm and experienced,that her presence and guidance helped immediately, literally can't thank her enough for her help . And Nothing was a bother, and it helped us feel at total ease, especially with 3excitable children who were desperate to visit Harry Potter's Studio on New Year's Day. The shuttle bus was also just a 5minute walk from the hotel, which was another bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for quality service, location smd fantastic customer service from all of the staff and would have no hesitation to visit again or another of the Leonardo Hotels.”

“We had a fantastic stay. We used it as a base to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which was only a ten minute drive away. The hotel was beautiful and clean and staff very helpful. The room was kitted out with a little fridge so my youngest could have her yoghurt in the morning. Breakfast staff very accommodating to my 2 excited children and because it was my sons birthday we even got an extra treat in our room and a birthday card for him which made his day. Short walk to town centre and Watford train station so will come again for London trip next year!”

“My mother stayed here on night of the 12th Feb as we had just finished a holiday, I live local and she needed help getting to the train station early in the morning. We arrived late and was greeted by the night shift manager/ supervisor who was on reception. He was brilliant and very helpful. My mother told me in the morning that he even helped her with breakfast as she was the first one up!! Brilliant customer service by the supervisor (who I understand cycles locally to work on his push bike). Excellent work, well done to him! 5 stars”

“Very beautiful hotel! The staff are very very helpful and friendly. If we needed any assistance the receptionist and the other staff as well helped us out very happily. We had breakfast for 2 days and there is a variety of food, from a Croissant to cornflakes. Absolutely loved the place!”

“Very easy online booking to airport and very good value. I was informed that the driver was on route and he arrived on time. Very pleasant journey in a spacious and immaculate car with very courteous driver Ansar.I needed transport from airport to town as well. My request was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The pick up and journey home could not have been more seamless again with Ansar. Excellent service, highly recommended.”

“Off the chart good! Really authentic Naples style pizza, done just right. Eat there if you can, as these are best straight out of the oven. I can't think of a more on-point Naples style pizza place without going into Zone 2 London. Staff are super friendly and super knowledgeable too.”

“It's really hard to find good Japanese food nearby - but this was amazing!! The customer service was great, really friendly and kind. We ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry, Veg and Tofu Stir Fry,Veg Hot Pot and the Soy + Garlic Edamame beans - everything was sooo flavorful and zingy, I couldn't pick my favorite if you asked. Everything was perfect for the rainy weather! The Hot Pot was perfect for myself who had a cold :), the noodles in them were the best I have ever had, so silky and sofr. The Edamame were a great, healthy starter. The Chicken Katsu Curry was unlike anything we had tried before but we loved it. The Stir Fry was packed with flavor! Will be visiting again - can't wait to try the other dishes :)”

“My experience of the Noke hotel is limited to attending a Wake there so I can only speak to what I found on that occasion. The building is well maintained outside, white and immaculate. The car parking is good and the parking area is also maintained well. Inside the hotel is clean, warm and very comfortable. The staff were polite and efficient. Our party had a pleasant room provided for our exclusive use. The buffet lunch was excellent; everything was beautifully fresh and appetising. The sandwiches and snacks were nicely presented, imaginative and catered for both meat eaters and vegetarians. There were plenty of signs to help you navigate from place to place. I really have no fault to find.”

“Had a great experience here running a business event. The staff were friendly, helpful and went to great lengths to support my event. So much better experience than I had a while ago. I really enjoyed the event. Food was good, event facilities were good (screens, sound etc). “I live in the area and I've walked passed this place multiple times and have been curious to come and try it, which i finally did on Sunday night with my mate. As soon as we came in at 7pm ish, about a third of the restaurant was full and we were given our seats. The interior was very nice and classy, and the place had a high quality look. We sat down, was given poppadoms with some great sauces, it tasted insane. I got the lamp chops for starters, were amazing, and then Chicken Relaza for main, and the best part is that in between courses, you don't get hungry, because you have the poppadoms. And the food seriously tastes ridiculously good. Anyway, I left and started walking home with my mate, it was really cold, and after about 10 minutes, i realised i left my phone, so we had to walk all the way back, to find one of the waiter Kush, wearing a jacket and telling us he had just ran trying to find us to give me my phone, which was obviously really nice of him. Anyway I got my phone back, spoke to Kush for a bit with my mate, and then he offered to drive us home, which was amazingly kind of him, on top of how cold it was. Anyway, probably the best restaurant experiences i've had.”
