“A relatively small yard I remember as Tann& co, I was lucky to find it quiet when I visited so parking was easy, but may be an issue when busy. I was pleasantly surprised to find it had everything I needed on a recent job, with a hire department as well as the usual materials. Staff organised local delivery of both hire equipment and materials at short notice, which was really great, as it made me job go far more smoothly than anticipated.”

Give these guys a try and you will receive great service plus building materials that have probably been on the shelf minutes not months!!!!! (That is very important for plaster) It's packed out with Trades in trucks and vans in the early mornings but eases off throughout the day....this in itself tells you quite a lot.”

“I have purchased timber from Tarrants on a number of occasions, it's very close to where i live and very convenient for me to transport materials back home. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you they always answer their phone and willing to assist you on stock levels, prices. and to give you information. They will cut materials to the sizes you want and offer a delivery service for a set price if needed. The prices are very competitive and cheaper than the the big stores. The timber they sell is good quality i've never had any problems. On a couple of occasions I've sent the misses there to pick up a few bits and they have always offered to help take the stuff to the car. I'm not sure but i think this is a family run business and you get treated that way with friendly knowledgeable staff. I recommend Tarrants to all. Thanks Tarrants,”

“I have used this supplier for a number of years to look after my kit. When I moved out of the area though was a wrench for me as finding a similar business who really cares has been impossible. I had reason to be in the area so brought a 17 year old SDS percussion drill for repair. Within a few hours the drill had been brought back to life and at a reasonable price. Please use this supplier, they really are worth their weight in gold.”
