"Simple phone call to ask about their timber cutting service and the person who picked up was SO RUDE and literally made out as if I was stupid when trying to ask simple questions to know how much I needed to make a job easier or not. Would rather give my money elsewhere and pay for customer service as well even over the phone then give it to these people. So unnecessary."

"This place is an absolute Aladdins cave for any doing DIY. Friendly helpful and extremely professional staff. Nothing is a problem from cutting timber to size to offering advise on job. Support your local hardware store. First 20 mins. Parking free. What's not to like."

"Had our heating system checked and a part replaced on the boiler. Work etiquette was great and as a result payment was made promptly. But.... A few days later the water began going cold and have requested someone to revisit but have had zero follow up in a month. We wanted to get our bathroom refurbished through Harrow glass but will now reconsider."
