I'm no expert, but I did my research online before spending me spondoolies, and talking to locals who know "the trade"; all roads led to Fulham Timber! Whilst clearly very busy, Jonathan was patient, helpful and courteous with me in arranging my (looong) cuts (we communicated through a combination of email and telephone, as appropriate). & I even managed to sneak in free delivery (on my relatively small order, which was not urgent and possibly/ hopefully en route for their other deliveries).
