"Absolutely poor service,those people are terrible.I think they everynight are sleeping on the wrong side of the bed,I was second in the queque who had to argue with them for something that they are not right! I am shopping among all the big name merchants and has no issues with anyone regardless of the type of receipt I provide.Hayden and his "manager" rejecting to return an item bought the previous day because I have provided them a digital receipt,having in mind that all the items I ever bought from them are in my account and they can see the sale hystory and the ammount of them .I explained that I am working on the rain and the receipt is damaged and they still resist that they want the paper one.And this is not the first time I am having an issues with this branch.I have purchased a custom mix paint few months back -kendal rose,where the operator have chosen 1L mix instead of 5L mix and was still saying that the colour will be the same,no matter what he chosen on the computer.just note We are also humans and we also do understand computers.I am working with paints everyday so dont try to foul people like that ! I wont be shopping anymore with Selco as this is just rediculous customer service."

"Went to the store on 17.12.2022. I was trying to buy a car Screen wash and De-Icer Spray, Folding knife. Eventually, I was told at the till that I cannot buy any items without a trade account. OK, it's stated on the website that you have to have a trade account. At the same time, I never had this problem in Wimbledon or Mitcham branches. Most people do DIY at home, and don't really have any availability to open a trade account. Funny bit, I used to work in Selco, and I know, a trade account is for traders so they can accumulate future discount. Also, you require an account if you are buying acid for sewer cleaning. This item is regulated by the government, and yeah, for sure, it makes sense they will ask you about a trade account, just to confirm your identity. It is entirely up to them what to do. In my observation, 30% of the customers in a Selco are not traders, and that is a large amount of accumulated income that is lost because of it. Unfortunately Fahy wasn't in the store, I am sure she would sort this out. 5 Stars for Fahy, 0 Stars for dude on the till. (5+0)÷2=2.5. OK, I will give it 3 stars."

"Overall a good place to go for building supplies. Like with any builders merchants shop around for best prices and for products which you best. Un like most builders merchants they are more open about prices and how much it will cost which makes it easier to understand and know how much it will cost."

"This branch have the most friendly and helpful staff compared to any other Selco stores I've been to. It has most of the facilities like wood cutting service, paint mixing, cafe, toilet and they also keep plenty of stock for most other items. I highly recommend it."
