“Hired the Buttery for my Mum's 90th Party, excellent service, excellent room, excellent buffet. Also stayed one night in one of the lovely guest rooms, breakfast was really good. Staff, Venue, Food, Drink, Accommodation all first class.”

“Beautiful location . Useful off street parking in front of house. Within reasonable walking distance from vibrant high street and Surbiton station. Large house with tastefull interior decor. Very clean and well maintained. Lovely large rear garden, with view from breakfast room. Excellent breakfast buffet with thoughtful variety of healthy eating options. Best full English breakfast we've ever had and well presented. Our hosts were quiet, friendly and helpful. A delightful stay.”

“Totally unique experience & can’t wait to stay again Lovely warm welcome from the hosts, the Beehive was very tidy and the attention to detail was brilliant. The wood fired hot tub was pre-packed with logs + kindling and was easy to light with the matches provided. It stayed the perfect temperature for hours! The fridge had some useful mini’s in it and everything had a very luxury feel to it, was really interesting the hosts built the Beehive themselves! Should be very proud. The on site frisbee golf was different but very enjoyable Parking by the unit was really easy & it was very private and secluded throughout our stay”

“My Dog had a lovely stay in the doggy Hotel. She said she particularly liked the pool area if you can grab a sun lounger before the German Shepherds nick them. Highly Recommended!”

“Four of us began our visit by riding in the little carriages that are towed by a lovely land rover. There is some commentary as you move along and when you get to the highest part of the vineyard you are invited out of the carriage to be served some beautiful fizz. Maybe about twenty minutes after taking in the wonderful views we began the short journey back down to the main building . We had a little while to waste before dinner in the hotel restaurant, so we went to the stepping stones pub . On arrival at the hotel restaurant we were greeted by very friendly staff. The food was wonderful. The day was a great success and actually felt like a mini holiday.”

“Unbelievable service here, very attentive and engaging the food was TO DIE FOR. Only minor was the sharing steak (pictured) we felt should have chosen a larger size as we both thought it wasn't QUITE big enough, our fault, not theirs. The wine (pictured) is some of the best I've ever tasted as is the garlic bread starter (pictured). Will definitely be returning but at over £200 for 3 people probably only for special occasions. “We had our wedding at Hartsfield Manor and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough! From the first meeting to view the venue, they made us feel so special and went above and beyond in everything, making sure the day was so personal to us, the wedding coordinators are so organised and on it throughout the planning process and were brilliant on the day! Everyone who stayed said it felt like such a friendly place. The house and the grounds are beautiful and we couldn’t have hoped for a better day - highly highly recommended!!!”

“We were lucky enough to have afternoon tea here and it was utterly brilliant. The staff were super friendly and the service was great - there was a great selection of sandwiches, pastries, scones, cakes and puddings and we were thoroughly stuffed afterwards. “Wonderful hotel that is just very elegant and comfortable. The staff are wonderful and make you feel outstandingly welcome. The food from the restaurant is beautifully presented and prepared. We were there for 2 nights in one of the Gatehouse lodges which are lovely. Just a very lovely place for a weekend away. I suspect we will be back.”

“We stayed for our Daughter's wedding which was at another venue. Our Daughter and bridesmaids used the Garden room to prepare for the wedding. Our special thanks go to Mary for the very thoughtful care and attention she showed to the girls by providing them with a very special breakfast experience that made it relaxed and stress free for the bridal party. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We also had to delay our booking time for the restaurant on the Friday night due to late arrivals. This was done with no problem and the food and service was excellent. Thank you!”

“A traditional hotel, clean room, comfy bed, good facilities, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Great value if you can get a good price. All very competent and exactly as expected - and to be honest probably totally forgettable, I doubt I will remember staying here. It was convenient and I would definitely stay here again if in the area (as long as Google reminds me that I've been here!)”

“Called in after long rail journey on Thursday afternoon. Had mushrooms and a glass of wine. As a solo female it can sometimes feel intimidating going into a pub but I was made to feel very welcome. Food and service were excellent.”

“My experience of the Noke hotel is limited to attending a Wake there so I can only speak to what I found on that occasion. The building is well maintained outside, white and immaculate. The car parking is good and the parking area is also maintained well. Inside the hotel is clean, warm and very comfortable. The staff were polite and efficient. Our party had a pleasant room provided for our exclusive use. The buffet lunch was excellent; everything was beautifully fresh and appetising. The sandwiches and snacks were nicely presented, imaginative and catered for both meat eaters and vegetarians. There were plenty of signs to help you navigate from place to place. I really have no fault to find.”
