There was attention to detail, reasonable rates, updates in pictures and messages and so much care and little details! Also, Kelly made sure we showed proof of vaccination first which is great. I particularly liked that beforehand Kelly asked lots about my buns likes and dislikes, meal times, fav snacks so it really shows all the care and consideration!
