"I am concerned about the speed in which they drive in residential areas! This is not only reckless but dangerous both to the children onboard but to residents many who have young kids or are elderly. Every afternoon I witness a Stanley travel mini bus zoom through my cul-de-sac doing at least 20 miles per hour WITH CHILDREN ONBOARD!! I've attempted to contact the company to make a complaint on several occasions however they NEVER PICK UP the phone. I will be raising the issue with our neighborhood watch. THIS IS DANGEROUS AND MUST STOP! Not to mention that I've also seen them stop in the middle of the road and block neighbors during the school run in the morning. Surely common sense and courtesy should be a basic requirement for the role! I REALLY HOPE THIS STOPS SOON BEFORE SOMEONE IS HURT OR KILLED."

"One of their mini buses pick up in my area(darenth) and they make it a daily habit to park in the middle of the road to let kids off. (2 lady drivers)Making neighbours wait in a queue for them. Very unprofessional, dangerous for the children and very inconsiderate. It's a daily occurrence which needs to stop!"
