“I received my Freddie’s flowers as a gift with a vase (which is the perfect shape to display the flowers). I was so impressed I started a subscription. Each month I have been changing the delivery address and sending then to friends usually with an added vase. They all love the flowers and the surprise of getting them. I also ordered the show stopper for a friend and while things have not always gone as expected, Freddie’s immediately sort things out in a polite and friendly manner. Customer service is excellent. My friends think I’m the best thing since sliced bread. So everyone is happy. Well done Freddie’s. As a quick note, if you decide to redirect flowers they do not have a note with the so pre warn the recipient. Also, don’t forget to change the address back to your own once delivered.”
