"Horrible experience! Went in to order some flowers last week and the customer service was terrible. The lady had her back turned towards us the entire time and when she did turn around she didn’t even bother to acknowledge we were there. Whilst choosing our flower arrangement she said she couldn’t do our chosen arrangement - no idea why it was very simple. She seemed to be very rude and looked like she didn’t want us there. Awful service when we are spending over £40! When we collected the flowers they were dead and are definitely not worth over £40. We would’ve been better off getting a bunch from Tesco - at least it wouldn’t be dead. Wouldn’t recommend"
