"Local florist. I decided to use for my Mum's funeral arrangement. The blonde lady was rude and cold, with no customer service skills. The floral arrangement made how ever was lovely. What I had asked for was quite pacific, the flowers were very important to get right. The secondary flowers I ordered at short notice for delivery the same day due to my daughters flowers not being delivered by her own florist for Mums funeral were again lovely. I was some what torn about writing this review. I would not use Samanths Flowers again. The whole experience left me with a uneasy feeling because of that first and subsequent interactions. From some of the reviews I later saw on line, I see this attuide is not a one off. It cost nothing to be polite, and I believe that you are losing repeat custom and word of mouth recommendations which is a shame for a local business I would have liked to support."
