“After our recent experience with Medivet, I'm happy to drive 20 miles to this practice. Medivet were trying to push us towards paying 8k in overnight drip stays and liver shunt surgery when our little guy was dying from wet FIP. The lovely nurse that dealt with us spotted the tell tales on the first visit and went above and beyond, even ringing me at 8pm on a Friday night to discuss his bloods results.”

“Absolutely outstanding. I have just come to do my x-ray and didn't know I had to book. From the beginning I didnt know if I could park so I've asked a staff from the portable CT scanner and they happily explained the parking and where I had to go, when I got to other main entrance I was greeted asked to wash hands and directed to reception. Again very nice welcome, they asked of my appointment I said I didn't have one as I was not aware, without any hesitation they send me to x-ray department to see if I can be seen, in the x-ray lovely Receptionist said that although I should've had an appointment she has space and will book me. Luke in X-ray was very nice and caring. I think this was my first pleasant experience when it comes to a hospitals. Thank you so much to all the staff, you truly make a difference. ❤”

“Rooms are clean, kitchen area and bathrooms both spotless, all looks quite new. The room is basic with a comfortable bed and a wardrobe, it is as described. Easy to find, right on the high street.”

“We usually are not fans of dining at restaurants closse to transportation centers, but we were fortunate to find the Indian Lounge while in London! The menu is extensive, the food expertly prepared (moist chicken especially!) wonderful flavors and excellent-friendly service. Can't wait to return.”

“French charm, exquisite cuisine, great service. It feels almost like a time travel. It takes you to good old times, somewhere in Paris. The noise of the city is left outside. Nice and cozy interior. Attentive staff. Top quality French cuisine. Feels very authentic. They do Canard de Rouen a la Presse, which is quite rare these days. I had their signature Simmenthal beef tartare. It is skillfully prepared at the table. We had it medium spicy and it was out of this world. The taste, the texture is just a perfection. I also ordered Agneau en Croûte or Lamb Wellington which was an absolute delight. Another dish mastered to a perfection. At one moment I had an illusion of being a jury member at the French cuisine competition and served with a champion dish. Wine list is well balanced and I liked it had some fine half-bottles as well. The only remark I have is for the plateau de fromages. I wish the selection of cheese could be even better. My strong recommendation for anyone looking for an old fashioned small French restaurant in London. And sincere thanks to the team.”

“Stayed here with work. Very clean accommodation. Very Friendly staff. Next to the lake and Lakeside shopping centre. Free on site car parking. Bargain priced food. 2 courses under £13. Happy hour on drinks in bar between 5 and 7. Brilliant value accommodation. Yes maybe a little short staffed but I was not in any rush. Its not marketed as a top class hotel so don't expect it. If you want that then book elsewhere. If you want basic, clean accommodation with friendly staff then book here. Will definitely stay again when in area. Brilliant value for money.”

“Vets and staff Susanna, Cecilia and Jasmin were exceptionally kind, careful and clear in explaining the reasons why our much loved cat's pain made it necessary to kill her by sedation (I hesitate to use any fashionable euphemisms), and the options for disposing of her remains. It also seems that these staff members and Medivet have been swift and accurate in processing the insurance claim that resulted, although we still await the claim's outcome. Being able to comfort our cat, and seeing her respond briefly -- despite the pain of a tumour and organ collapse -- were invaluable in anticipating the deaths of others we love and, indeed, of ourselves. What more can a cat give a human, a human a cat, and a vet both?”
