"Booked via an app and received a text confirmation of the order with a 30 min delivery time..1hour and 40 minutes, 3 phone calls to confirm the order and the address to be told 10 minutes the driver is on his way each time we ring....... the dinner finally arrives tepid at best. Had to microwave it to heat it up. Shambles. Will never order again."

"Tried to order through justeat.co.uk last night was spending over £40 on a blowout birthday dinner, but it was cancelled last minute no reason why, I don't drive or have a menu so wanted to order via online, if you don't want to pay justeats surcharge don't advertise on their website set up your own. And don't worry I won't be trying to order from you in the future I've found somewhere better to order from. thanks for nothing"

"Awful service tonight!! Used them for years but had to stop as items kept getting missed off orders. We missed the food as really good, so started ordering again for past few months. Sadly let down by them tonight, waited an hour and half for food. Once here started to unpack food and found the cartons at the bottom of the bag all flattend, the bottom of the bag a sea of sauces and juices!! Also no mushroom rice we ordered! Phoned up and complained, they were very sorry and offered 50% off next order, but won't be ordering again from them. Now looking for a decent Indian take away locally"

"Even though the food is really good and we enjoyed it very much. They didn't fulfil our order last night through hungry house. We ordered parathas they tried to tell us it was not on your printed order, which is on our order history. They sent us a hand written recept that they had done without our breads on it. if they are gaining £3.80 from more than one customer that mounts up their profits. CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN IT COMES"
