“Absolutely outstanding service yesterday from Tina the Store Manager - I accompanied a friend with advanced cancer (not an easy customer as tired and irritable) with a query/needed refund and cannot express how kind and compassionate Tina was in very speedily and efficiently helping my friend. Fantastic manager in Tina and staff at this store - it was so lovely to have someone deal with a customer in obvious discomfort with such empathy, also ALL staff were extremely helpful and kind. My feet are now as soft as a babies! Very attentive practioners with attention to detail, refreshments provided, huge range of polish colours to choose from, what more could you want? also easy parking outside facilities. “I went here when it newly opened and it was so lovely. I got a Nutella crepe with strawberries after a bad day and it made me feel so much better. I've also just had some gelato delivered via deliveroo and I'm SO GLAD they have joined delivery services for the second lockdown. My mum is a huge fan of them and we'd much rather pay money to this lovely little independent shop than a chain like creams. I hope they can add some more hot chocolates too, seeing as they have such great ingredients I could see them making hot choc with choc bars and such. Keep it up guys, you're smashing it ♥”

“We just moved to the area and this was our first indian order! We expected to try at least a few places as it is difficult to find a proper tasty Indian, but this was just perfect! The food was hot and delicious, it was made extra spicy as we requested. You definitely got yourself a new regular customer because we are not going anywhere else!”

“I came with my 2 granddaughters to your store on the Sevenoaks Way for them to have a bra fitting today. I felt I had to let know that the lady who did the fitting was so good, (I think her name was Tricia,) she put the girls at ease from the very beginning and talked them through the whole process. Young girls can get a bit embarrassed when having this service but she made sure they they were alright with everything in a very kind and professional manner. She was very knowledgeable about the type of bra they should have and advised them accordingly. We left the store with their purchases and would definitely return to your store when they need this service in the future. Please pass on my thanks to her.”

Although the one pair of Converse HiTops in stock in the right size were slightly marked from being on display I was able to order a fresh pair for home delivery at no extra cost. Ordered Saturday afternoon after 4pm, delivered before midday on Monday. Excellent!”

“Really impressed with the helpfulness of the guy with the long dark hair who works at Sports Direct Orpington. I asked him about Karrimor sandals, as there were none on display (I think because they have moved over to winter stock). He said he believed there may be a few left in the stockroom, and asked what size and colour I was looking for – then immediately got on his walkie-talkie to a colleague in the stock room, who duly appeared with two pairs of sandals. Both men could not have been more helpful and pleasant, and I was really impressed that they were prepared to go above and beyond by searching in the stock room for something that was not on display. These guys are great ambassadors for your brand Sports Direct, and for making sure you make sales! Fantastic service.”
