(I did for obvious safety reasons but mum was very content to do so). Zack is passionate about what he does and pays a lot of attention to detail, he took the time to really listen to what I wanted and I am so happy with the result. We started on time, discussed options and he offered colour which helped to smooth my root line and blend with the rest of the head, I was trying to move from completely blonde to highlights and it wasn’t achieved until I met Zack.
