Rosa asked me few questions and the facial I received was very much tailored to suit my skin type. It was so relaxing that I might have fallen asleep. “This salon is absolutely fantastic! I have never been to a salon where the hairdressers put in so much effort to really understand what I want. They took the time to look at the photos I had and to speak to me. As I was getting a balayage, I was at the salon for a few hours and witnessed the expectational service that was faultless throughout the day, despite the amount of customers and the uncomfortable heat. Throughout the progress, my hairdresser explained each step and took her time to execute my balayage to perfection. Afterwards, I decided that I would like my balayage to be darker and they were more than happy to do this the next day. Once again, they took the time to show me different shades and to understand what I wanted. Every hairdresser who works here is incredibly kind, hardworking and talented. The Stylers Bromley deserve far more five star reviews. I find it difficult to believe any of the negative reviews due to my own experience and the comments of other customers. I love my balayage and I look forward to my next appointment. I can not recommend this salon enough!”
