"This is the most awful place to book to do your nails. I did booking based on the services listed on their website on Friday for 4 30pm on Saturday. I received an email by 2.30pm Saturday afternoon that my booking has been cancelled. No phone call to discuss an alternative appointment, or reason for cancellation. I called them and all she say is whthey don't have enough staff. I have had some unpleasant experience with this nail shop but it is the closest to my house but it's time to move on to a business that have better customer service."

"I booked to have both pedicure and manicure done but in the end they decided to do just pedicure and ask me to pay and leave their salon. I have just come out of hospital and was looking forward to treating myself and was on 2 clutches. I felt vanurable and humiliated. The customer service is bad as they speak their language while working between. It must be under a new management as the previous owners were very professional. I will not recommend it to anyone."

"The best nail place I have been. My nails have lasted for ages. After a month nothing was peeling off and no chips on polish either. Beautify done. Requested design via instagram and it was done exactly as i wanted. Really lovely staff with great attitude."
