“I joined this practice a year or so ago. I feel very lucky to have been taken in when they opened it for NHS patients for a short time. Since I joined I have seen the dentist, Dr Alisa McGregor twice and also the Hygienist Teuta with the dental nurse Shianna. On every occasion I felt not only that I was in safe hands but also that they genuinely wanted to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible, they make you feel very comfortable. All treatments I’ve had have been carried out in a friendly, professional way. Did have a slight problem a few months back, but when I contacted the manager this was sorted out very promptly and they went over and beyond to help me. “Went to this nail shop for the first time today with my sister this morning, as she recommended this shop and I'm totally in love with my nails! From first walking in til when I left, the ladies were so welcoming and friendly. Nails were done quickly and done perfectly. Would definitely recommend.”

“Been going here since my daughter has been born. Now she's four & she still loves it. Since Covid/lockdown the cafe has changed owners & it is a massive improvement, better menu, much cleaner inside & outside. They have taken the bins directy outside the cafe which means a lot less bloody wasps. We just had a portion of chips, which argubly was a bit exspensive but they were very nice & the portion was big. The beach was & always is very clean, there is now a new play ship built which my daughter loved. Over the past year they have built a splash park with fountains etc. Again my daughter loved it, it was managed & kept clean very well. There is a small cost £2.70 for 25minites or £5 for an all day wrist band. Overall it was a good day at grays beach & its free, so whats better then that. Will defently be going back.”

“Always happy with my nails. Kate, Daiva, and Ellie are all lovely technicians that take their time perfecting your nails. I always book online, as they are a very busy salon and I like to ensure I have an appointment. The service can sometimes leave a lot to be desired. But I started going to Eden when the first store opened years ago, so I know what to expect when I go in. You may get a few people doing your nails. You may move seats. You may catch management on a bad day. But aside from one recent bad SNS experience, which Mary and Zuzanna rectified, I haven't had many others. I have tried a few other salons in Thurrock, but they never leave me as happy as a trip to Eden does so I won't go anywhere else now. Update - December 2022 Just had my SNS extensions done by Ellie and she did a wonderful job of my Christmas glittery nails, really pleased with how they came out. Ellie took her time, and made sure I had the shape I wanted and that all my nails matched.”
