● Open“My hair is quite difficult to work with, I had layers of jet black hair dye and this was on top of bleached hair that I previously had 7 years ago. The condition of my hair is frizzy, dry and brittle. However Zally worked an entire working shift (no exaggeration) to get my hair to a somewhat blonde shade (avoiding red/orange) with the least amount of damage. She kept me updated at every stage and worked a plan around some of the stuff that we couldn’t preempt given my hair is distressed. Only someone with an extensive skillset like Zally, could manage this kind of hair and plan around my layers of dye and greys. They are masters in the hair industry, especially in comparison to well known name brand salons, that I have used over the years. On a side note, I used this salon when I was 17 and couldn’t forget about how well they managed my hair approx. 20 years ago. I moved away only to come back to a local area and reconnect back to this salon and I wasn’t disappointed.”
