"Sadly not a great review. Sophia charged well over the odds for blow drying my daughters hair but did spend a lot of time making her feel comfortable and explaining the process. Within an hour of the blow dry her Afro hair has started to frizz and needed to be be re-straightened for our function the next day. When I messaged her , the reply was not helpful at all. A huge waste of three hours and £55."

She does the best hair extensions and will help you find the best colour match to your exact hair colour. She also is a colourist and also can cut hair to most styles that would suit the shape of your face. She plaits any type of style on any type of hair her plaiting is second to none. She recommends best products to promote hair growth and stop breakages. She is so experienced but most importantly she listens to what you want. Excellent customer service and will chat over a coffee to find and recommend exactly what you want her main aim is to make customers happy so they return I am a loyal customer once she does your hair you will not go anywhere else. She's very flexible to work around clients time"

"I’ve had so many compliments on my hair colour and no one even notices that I have hair extensions !! Sophia takes a lot of time to ensure that it looks natural and that you leave happy and she can even install the extensions in a way that if you tie your hair up in a ponytail the rings (I have micro rings) cannot be seen."
