"I called them and asked if they'll do my root touch up. At that time, some lady spoke very fluently and told me that they use L'Oreal majirel colour. So no prob. I went there. I was only asking the rate of haircut. The manager literally attacked me saying that we can't do it as we close at 5 and also we don't have majirel colour available. Isn't it contradictory, cheeky and weird at the same time. She's so rude! Is this the way you treat your customer? The hair colour was good though but this behavior will never ever get me there. They need to grow up..."
