Tiara's Nail & Beauty - Lilly Brow Bar
“Riya has done a great job with my nails. I wanted shellac and the final effect looked beautiful despite my short nails. I loved the colour too. Riya was gentle and precise and I’ll come back to her, she’s a nice person and giving 100%”

“She is truly the best! I have followed her wherever she’s moved to. She does an amazing job, very friendly and professional.”

“I've been using this salon for the last two years, the customer service is exceptional. The team at Onyx are fantastic and so friendly and always will try to accommodate. I'm really surprised with the earlier reviews as I have only had positive experiences at this professional salon. Onyx is definitely the best Salon in the West Drayton area.”

B.J.'s Sandwich Bar
“Great little sandwich shop. All the filings are homemade and the staff are friendly. Plenty of meat and veggie options. There are a few tables outside, but other than that it's takeaway. You can get a meal deal (sandwich, crisps and drink) for £5. They also have torpedo rolls and baguettes for a bit extra.”
West Drayton Fish Bar
“Living within 2 minutes from the chippy is perfect for me, no need to use uber for delivery. I've only been twice so far, but the service is professional and the staff are are quick. The chip portions are good and I have to say the fishcakes are amazing. For anyone not yet used this chippy, please do, you won't be dissaponted. I'll be popping in at lunch time for some chips.”
Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 hotel
“Perfect for a good night’s sleep if you’re arriving late or have a layover. Easily accessible from T5 via bus 423 which costs £1.60. You pay the bus by tapping your contactless card on the reader when you enter. The hotel was clean, quiet and easy to navigate. Rooms were like every other Premier Inn. Sure, it may look a bit outdated but it’s safe, clean and does the job. I also felt safe as a female traveller, as you need to swipe your card at checkpoints to access various areas and a door chain is present by the room door. Additionally there’s a McDonald’s right next to the hotel, great for a cheap breakfast.”
Holiday Inn London - Heathrow Bath Road, an IHG Hotel
“Zero complaints here. Rooms were new and fresh. The bar in main floor was decent but a tad expensive. We had a buffet style meal for our group and was okay. The breakfast was really good. I couldn't hear any planes taking off all night or day. Very sound proof”
Novotel London Heathrow Airport - M4 Jct 4
“Excellent staff, great bar, rooms are very comfortable. Really recommend it for business meetings. Shuttle bus to and from the airport. Great time there. If you need to go in city center its is convenient to catch the underground at the nearest underground station, easily reachable with a bus, you save a lot of time if you compare to go back to airport and catch there the underground. We just had a one night stay flying into and then out of Heathrow. We took the free bus there from the airport and it was about a 30 minute ride from Heathrow. The hotel is clean and modern, very typical Novotel property. They do have a nice bar for snacks and breakfast plus a full service restaurant. The service in the restaurant is great and the food is very good Italian. Clean, spacious room with full amenities. Very good restaurant, though it used to be small and intimate with lots of ambiance, and has been expanded and a bit too modern. Great hotel stay near airport. Good bus service from airport. Stayed here as most people do I imagine to be close to the airport before flying early the next day. Was a bit troublesome to get to - would have been better if walking distance from the airport - but when we got there we had a very nice meal in the Italian restaurant. Went for a swim afterwards, Room was good, very nice bathroom and shower, nice TV and comfy bed (but pillows too soft and no choice to change them). Would certainly go back if needing an overnighter. Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!”
Smoky Boys and The Terrace West Drayton
“Very clean, quiet and inviting atmosphere. Staff was very professional. Food and drinks were well prepared and fresh at a great price. Would visit again”
Leonardo Hotel London Heathrow Airport
“Very clean and nice place to stay to spend the night while on a long layover just 5-6 minutes' drive from the airport. Despite short distance to airport, unfortunately not walkable due to location being near the intersection of some major roads that were not very pedestrian friendly. Staff are friendly and courteous. I had two meals here (dinner and breakfast) and the food was very good.”
Sea Life Fish bar & Kebab
“I’m loving the kebabs. Juicy and tasty. Will order again. Mainly the special mixed kebab was enough for three people. Loved it.”
Holiday Inn London - Heathrow M4,JCT.4, an IHG Hotel
“Too many security guards who cannot speak English and quite scary in attitude..no Im not racist just think there should be more clear English spoken. The hotel itself was great.”
Cast Iron Bar & Grill, Heathrow
“Although there was a little hiccough regarding the order in which our starters and mains were served, overall it was a delicious dinner with warm, friendly service. Almaas, our waitress was delightful. The restaurant clearly has a captive market given it is situated within a hotel but the quality is good enough to warrant a visit on its own merit.”
Thistle London Heathrow Terminal 5 Hotel
“I wanted a good value hotel close to terminal 5. Massive comfy bed, great shower, good staff, good location, good value. Lots of bus options to T5. Slightly dated fittings and the sound proofing wasn't great (some noise through door and walls), but neither was a significant issue. Overall, good value and I would go again.”

S E Punjabi Flavours Ltd Restaurant & Takeaway
“I thoroughly enjoyed lunch today. The chefs speciality Gobi Cauliflower was delicious as well as the mixed kebab roll. All the meals are freshly made the salad was fresh and very mouth watering. I would recommend this restaurant after my overall culinary experience. Looking forward to revisiting soon. Worth a visit !!!”

Costa Coffee
“My first time visiting this Costa store. Lovely and quiet with a friendly welcome. Two things I wanted weren't in stock, but with how friendly the ladies were i wasn't disappointed at all. I had a free drink voucher to use and I didnt know what was included. The woman happily explained it was all drinks (usually I get spoken down to when I ask something I don't understand, so this was very refreshing). Because of the lovely service I was happy to purchase something else to consume as I was more than happy to give costs my vustom, thanks to the help and service I recieved. A credit to your store (time of visit approx 11.20am) Thank you. Will love to visit again next time I'm down south”

“Lovely cosy pub and friendly. Great food at reasonable prices.”
The White Horse
“Best, most authentic, friendliest pub in all of Heathrow. Great staff, great food, great beer. Saw it while driving past in the 423 bus and just had to get off and walk back. So glad we did.”
The Plough
“My partner and I just left there. This was the best "pub food" we experienced in 5 days in London. The cod and chips were great and the steak and ale pie even better. We sat out on the patio on a sunny afternoon in late October. We found this place by accident and so glad we did.”
The King William IV & Gumba Kitchen
“The food was very nice and the service was very good. The bar lady was very polite and humble. I am not into alcohol so I don’t know about alcohol but the lady just explained and recommended drink according to my preferences and it was really nice. Love the service.”
Kings Arms
“One of the best places I have been during my stay in UK. The restaurant is 5 minutes from Heathrow terminal 5 by bus. Please take bus no 423 and get down at "The Square" stoppage. Walk backwards towards Heathrow Close bus stop and adjacent you see this restaurant owned by a British Indian. I liked the ambience inside. Main reason for me to visit is to taste Indian food and I loved it. The owner is an Indian by heart. Please visit the restaurant if you are close yo Heathrow. I would certainly visit Kings Arms during my next visit.”
