“I was really impressed with the garage and staff at this garage. Booked my Fiesta in for an MOT last month and was a quick turn around. My MOT failed at the 1st attempt (as it was an old 2nd hand car I recently bought) but the staff explained in detail what parts were faulty and physically showed me in person and with videos the extent of the faults. I was given clear quotes regarding the safety critcal parts that needed replacing and many options to choose in regards to fixing any advisories (if I chose to) that could be a problem in the near future. Even with the MOT failure the car was fixed and ready to collect the day after I dropped it of and the price was very good so I was really happy. The staff and the manager were really friendly and professional and I will definitely return here for any future mechanical issues. “Found a screw stuck in my tyre. Took my car to 4 places near work, they all gave it one look and told me I need a new tyre, but none of them had stock, or they had a 2 hour wait. Took it to Kwik Fit on Bushey Mill Lane, was seen immediately. Edward asked some questions, did a leak test and then examined the screw. He took the screw out and found it was not even a centimetre long. It did not penetrate far enough to be a problem. Fantastic, trustworthy service. Will definitely go their first next time I need any work done!”
