"Every time I go there I have to spend at least 30 minutes to collect my order. There is normally only one person serving customers and is normally very slow. They need to do something about it as this is just isn’t an easy “click and collect” experience"

"Waste oc time and petrol ordered brake disk s they Saud I ordered wiper blades didn't have what I needed in stock. Bad communication guy didn't understand English correctly and I'm not goi g to speak Punjabi and yes I can speak it fluently"

"I've seen dead people move faster than the staff at the Watford branch. One lad serving whilst the rest of the staff are loudly chatting and laughing at the back. Get your priorities right, and get up off your backsides and start serving. Takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get the most basic of orders. I go to the Harrow store instead, where they are much quicker and more efficient."

"I was given the wrong alternator belt over the counter. Was basically the wrong belt in the right cartoon packaging. When realised it’s short, went back and they have comfortably exchanged it over the counter. Waste of time going up and down to the shop because someone has just swapped the product from its original packaging and replaced with the wrong similar one. Staff is spot on otherwise."

"Sunday collection, was very fast. I've reserved an oil filter online with a little bit of fear after reading online reviews of this store. But when I arrived I was very pleased to see that it was empty and just got my oil filter in less than 5 minutes. Sometimes, I believe, that the owner or the management are taking measures to improve their store services."
