The shoe strap broke so returned them to the basildon store,the young assistant SONNY was 100% brilliant, he exchanged the shoes for me even going out of his way to go and find the same pair, The lakeside shop is untidy and the assistant was unhelpful, I won't be visiting the lakeside shop again but the basildon store has my 100% recommendation,”
