“Bought a thermal Jersey here and the price was quite competitive to other brands. The material used seems good as well (can't say much yet till I ride few kilometres.I will update soon. ) I was really impressed with their customer support. Had a windproof jacket that was too small for me and I emailed if I can exchange it. They replied quickly and was happy to exchange it with a medium size. It did cost me a small fee to return it back (my fault anyways so I was happy to pay for it). Plus they mailed it back at no extra cost. Overall would happily recommend to friends and other cyclist.”

We ordered a large item but the only option (I didn’t know the exact weight) was next day delivery. I had a feeling this might be the case) but it STILL arrived via DPD 2 days after order submission!
