“We only stayed here for three nights, but got some of the best service we’ve ever gotten at a hotel. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, trying to help you in any way possible. The whole hotel is gorgeous, the room was clean and spacious. It has a very funky vibe to it.The attention to detail by the housekeeping was remarkable, they organized and tidied every little thing. The lounge areas are very nice, with equally prompt service and delicious drinks with shisha. You'll definitely see me back & I will highly recommend to anyone who asks.”

She said we have both then she asked is it because you don't eat pork i said yes she then said unfortunately it's cooked in the same oil. “Windsor isn't exactly known for great coffee despite having many good cafe's, however you can rely on this cafe making some of the best coffee in the area. Baked goods are incredible. Staff are wonderful. Can't wait for them to start doing breakfast & brunch.”

“We went to The Perfect Bottle to find a special bottle for a lunch with friends and family. The experience of picking out the bottle, with James’s guidance, was as enjoyable as drinking it. We took it with us to the restaurant (they did corkage) and it was a really brilliant way to taste really exceptional wine.”

“Took my two daughters, 5 and 7, and they had a great time. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The token system, whilst a little confusing at first, is not rocket science and it’s convenient being cashless (note food and drink is purchasable with cash or card). The rollercoaster was great fun and the girls loved the soft-play. Seeing as you don’t have to pay to get in, I felt it was reasonably priced as you can pick and choose what you actually want to spend money on. I went for the £50 tokens package and it got us on everything we wanted to go on (rides and games), which for three people, I thought wasn’t bad. Would recommend. “There is a good quality price relation. Excellent cleaning. Spacious family room. Good reception service, they helped us to find a taxi to Gatwick. Very good location to move by subway. The neighborhood with all services is a plus.”

“Awesome value for money. I booked this hotel spontaneously during the COVID situation. The staff were so polite and accommodating speaking to them on the phone beforehand. The room was very clean and very comfortable - the bed in our superior room was a mile wide - I collapsed after a long day and had a deep, refreshing sleep. In our home we only have a shower so we took advantage of a lovely bath and enjoyed a long soak. We have a car and the car parking was fairly priced and very convenient. It is on site and underground - you can drive in, check in then sweep round in to the garage. Do watch out during busy traffic the turn in could be easily missed. In short - I would highly recommend this place - enjoy your stay!”

“This place was where I had one of the best night sleeps I've ever had in a hotel. after a long and tiring day of traveling, this hotel made up for it. The room was spacious and the view wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (I could see the hotel I went to last year) The breakfast was great as well. “Love it. Today we went with kids to watch sonic 2, for kids it was a first time experience - Cinema, they love it. Before I was worried as they were small, I didn't know how they will react to very loud noise and if they will be able to stay that long in their seat, my kids r 4 and 6, and they did behave well and had a great time, popcorn and after movie Ice cream.”

“Hello , Today we ordered food from Hemas local kitchen and we were absolutely delighted with what we received. The food was packaged so well and the chapattis were very good and soft to have . The dhal was my favourite..though it was the thokku that was a bit hit in our house, especially my daughter's. We would def recommend Hemas local Kitchen for not just taste alone but the quality too . We are looking forward to you expanding into other food items as well . Will order again”
