"2-3 staff members let this shop down. I’ve observed a number of occasions post covid certain staff speak rudely and dismissively to customers who have asked polite questions eg product stock enquiry. Staff identified appear miserable and unapproachable. I was especially shocked last Friday when a gentle gent and elderly frail man asked staff member where Bakewell tarts are, his hands were shaking so perhaps had Parkinson’s or similar and the female staff member at self checkout literally told him in stern cold voice “don’t know, go over there and ask someone else “ and just pointed as if waving him away. He then walked out without his groceries. Hence reason for my complaint which can only be made online to which you get an automated business speak waffle of a whim to follow up but I do not believe this will be addressed so I will if I get opportunity follow up in person to store manager who I know takes his role seriously"

"13.06.2022.Hello today i have bad experience at the shop Coop,i was at the shop with a baby(1 year and 4 mouth) in my hand s,i checked for the trolley,but i didn t see,and i taked a basket what it was sealed by some wheel,the manager of the shop came straight eay to me,and asked me what i am doing,am not aloud to use,i feel my self like i doing a big trouble,when i asked him where i can find it a trolley ?because i can t used a basquet,he response they have only 2 and other costumer using(the troley was at the till) nobody using,because this shop it s near to my house,i will try to make shoping in the emergency,thank s to manger for his help it s “liar”,"

"Terrible online shopping experience, they take an extra 10% of your money at checkout. Along with a £1.99 delivery charge. They say the 10% extra they take off your card is for substitutions instore just shopped no toilet roll.. no substitution..1 packet of plain crisps not available.. no substitution 4 pint milk leaking in bag.. no juice on order items missing that have been paid for. This is the second time in a matter of months this has happened. Not great.. been a loyal member of coop for years.. definitely not ordering online with them again though.was even offered a goodwill voucher the last time they really messed up my order.. but it never arrived in the post. I'm one unhappy coop customer expect better guys!"
