Royal Adelaide Hotel
“Lovely boutique hotel near the centre of Windsor. We stayed for one night. The room was great with comfy bed and overall clean. Parking is a slight issue but there is a car park a couple of hundred yards down the road. Staff all seemed nice. Perhaps a little pricey.”
Maeme's Southall
“I would recommend this place without a doubt, food was tasty prices were very good and the service was perfect”
Megan's Battersea Power Station
“First time visiting Megan’s and it was spectacular. We did have a long wait to order and had to grab the attention of staff a few times. However the food was incredible which made up for this. We got a platter and a few sides and each dish was so delicious. I would recommend booking in advance as it was a long wait for walk ins.”
Oxford Circus
“I really like this station with the multiple entrances and the red station front that you instantly know as an underground station when you see it when I was there I found the station not too busy but when coming up to street level it was busy.”
The Castle
“Nice pub with really good dartsboard and pool table. Shows the live football and serves a lovely pint of Guinness :-)”
Queen Adelaide
“My family and I visited this charming pub twice while on holiday in the UK and always had a wonderful experience. The staff was always friendly, welcoming and attentive to our requests. The food was delicious and served hot. We chatted with the chef who welcomed our questions and advised us on the various sauces that accompanied our menu choices. Our family was particularly fond of the great gourmet burgers and my husband enjoyed tasting a good variety of the local brews (Henry the gaffer/bartender was very accommodating). All in all, a great intro to the British pub scene. Highly recommend for good food, drink and a fun night out!”
Garden Museum
“This is attached to Lambeth Palace, right on the river by Lambeth Bridge. I didn't go in the museum as I didn't have time to justify the £12 entry fee. But I'll be back when I've got the time to do it justice. I popped into the cafe for a coffee, though. Friendly staff. Attractive display of homemade-looking cakes and biscuits. Lovely setting to linger, with a view of a gorgeous leafy courtyard garden with plants and tombs. Nice outdoor area by the café for sunny days.”
The Foley Hotel
“Great atmosphere with helpful, charismatic staff! Was the perfect place for a Saturday evening out. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back as soon as possible.”
Richmond Hill Hotel
“Very nice hotel, not too far from Kew Gardens and Richmond town centre. Up on the hill with some great views this place. Key highlights for me, we wanted to park for two nights as we were staying for a wedding and they only charged for one and gave the second day as complimentary. Also my partner forgot her mascara and the lady at the front desk was very helpful in letting her borrow hers! Not a service they normally offer I’m sure, but great of her to provide this. Beyond this, the beds were comfy, very cleanly and it was not noisy at all.”
Royal Albert Wharf
“Multi award winning scheme (including RIBA) and a hive of activity as more phases, which will include more shops etc, coming in the near future”
Jutland house
“They're flats. Can't remember why I was there... think I was robbing a telly”
Arc House
“Amazing space for a get-together and parties! Allows for a great ambience with extremely friendly and helpful staff :)))”
Best Western Manor Hotel and Suites
“We stayed in room 101 it was really clean (100x cleaner than most fancy London hotels), the staff we encountered were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was cooked fresh for us & tasted great. It’s clearly an older hotel but has been well modernised in the areas that count. For a pleasant comfortable nights sleep I’d recommend.”
5 Bedford Park
“Renting through Way of Life has been a great experience. Sowgol and team have been attentive and helpful - I will miss the place and the great customer service that they provided. Would highly recommend.”
Somyem
“I got the rice and steak it was so good juicy steak they were so friendly the place was clean”
Crystal Palace National Sports Centre
“What wonderful staff and amazing facilities…. We also wish that the pool would reopen ❤️”
Discovery Tower
“Great apartments with great views, if you can get one!”
Naval House
“It's great here. The building looks great and the flats are finished wonderfully. Not to mention the whole Royal Arsenal Riverside area, so quiet and green. Come live here!”
British Homestays Ltd
“I enjoy working with British Homestays, as they are easy to work with and carry out their business in a professional manner.”
Prague Experience
“I booked my airport transfers to and from my hotel in Prague through Prague Experience. I was very happy with the service. Both drivers we had, Martin and Emil, were friendly, courteous and on-time. It was our first time in Prague and we didn't want the hassle of carrying our luggage on a bus or train from the airport. In spite of a delay at customs/immigration, Martin was waiting for us as expected. In fact, Prague Experience had contacted us via cell phone when we failed to show up on time to verify our arrival and provide directions on where to meet our driver. Unfortunately, my phone's battery was dead and I didn't get the call or message. No worries--Martin was still waiting for us in the arrivals hall as promised. On our return transfer, there was no need to call and verify our reservation. We exited our hotel and Emil was waiting at the curb to take our bags right on time. They both spoke English and answered any questions we had about the area. Highly recommended!”
