“Warm welcome from the reception staff and vets - very knowledgeable and friendly. There are separate waiting areas for cats and dogs either side of the reception area. The only drawback is the parking restrictions (see attached photo for parking times provided by the vet practice) but between 9.30am and 4.30pm is fine.”

Varsheet doesn't rush appointments and takes time to examine my teeth, comparing against previous appointments on his sophisticated imagery system. He assessed all aspects of my mouth including teeth, gum and bone health and complete a full oral cancer screen as standard. “I took my car in for a puncture repair, as the nearside rear tyre kept on going down and wouldn't hold air for more than a day at the most. The person I spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful, and I was told that I could bring my car in straightaway. I subsequently took the car down to the garage, where they removed a rather long screw from the tyre that I was told had gone in diagonally. I was half expecting them to tell me that it couldn't be repaired and that I'd need a replacement tyre but as it turned out they were able to repair the tyre and only charged me £20 for the job. Based on my own experience I would thoroughly recommend this garage.”
