"Had an appointment for my 2 year old and booked appointment for 8:30am. The nurse turned up to work 45mins late - receptionist didn’t seem to care or even apologise. When the nurse finally arrived she announced that she couldn’t do it because it requires numbing cream to be applied 45minutes before and she needed a second person to help her with a child’s appointment. The receptionist and the nurse were extremely curt and blamed us for not applying the numbing cream (which no one had mentioned at any stage - nor mentioned when we were sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes) It’s extremely frustrating as we have had the appointment for 2 weeks at this point and I don’t see how they could he so unprepared and frankly unprofessional"

"Very rude receptionist (blonde hair and blue eyes). I didn’t even get to explain the emergency situation and she abruptly stopped me and said “we don’t see patients and you should have an appointment” As if I know an emergency would come up!"
