When I initially walked in store I was sure I wouldn't be able to get back to work on time, so I was truly surprised by the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff.”

He needed to call the repair center and the process took more than an hour as the company seemed to have trouble with their system. During that time I've received 11 tracking text messages, 10 of which were wrong, giving me access to the details of other people so not the greatest feat.. Nevertheless great help from the in-store staff.”

Competitively priced and a huge variety of stock, some items are ready to take away, already in their brown box and next to the show items. We are trying to furnish our new unfurnished home, so I have attatched some photos of a few items that we are going to buy from Currys PC World. This will hopefully give you an idea of what you could get and what prices. We went for a bottom-line range. The staff are lovely and always happy to help, we were in the store for quite some time trying to sift through and decide what we actually wanted to buy, this was tough due to the huge variety! In the time we spent in store, we were approached by two lovely ladies at different times who both spent a fair amount of time with us, explaining and showing us items, recommending items and informing us about said items too. They were not pushy and they did not try to trick us into buying the most expensive things, instead they listened to us and therefore helped us. We did not buy anything, but now know exactly what we want to buy. I have also bought a couple of phones from here as well as other things like speakers and TVs. All of which I have no complaints about what so ever.”

“It's a very convenient store, with parking near some kids play areas so you can drop the kids and spend some time shopping and can go for a little cheeky lunch or dinner after. They have plenty of stock in store and you can also do click and collect. Usually not very busy either and prices are sometimes cheaper compared to Selco and definitely cheaper than B&Q.”
