When he said "Hello" in a husky voice I jumped out of my skin! Apparently he also says "everything for a tenner" but he didn't say that to me. Merely "What's your name?" also in a low voice for a parrot. The till is an antique. A quirky shop with old-fashioned expertise, and they know their stuff. The workshop is right there so they do the diagnosis there and then.”
