They give you different options and I think are quite practical in the guidance for what is best for you and your pet. All the staff is friendly and my dog is actually excited to visit. The vet was so kind to us explaining it all. She let us say goodbye on our own she let us stay with him till the end. Worst day of our lives. “My usual groomer let me down last minute and I was hesitant to try someone new. Leo, my Springer, is nervous and really doesn't enjoy being groomed. I spoke and messaged at length with Anna and she was keen to know about Leo and what I'd like for the groom. I was really pleased with his cut and he smelled gorgeous! I can't say Leo 'loved' the experience but I know that Anna was kind and patient with a nervous dog and I would definitely recommend her and her service, and will be returning. “I have bought my dog Henry to Pet-a- Pawter for well over a year now on a Monthly basis. I would highly recommend this groomers to anyone, it’s the best groomers in the local area.. The ladies are always patient, professional and caring and I am always delighted with the way they handle Henry as he hates having a bath. The prices are reasonable considering the hard work involved in grooming a dog and he smells and looks like a prince when I pick him up.. I can’t imagine ever going to any other groomers and can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Pet-a-Pawter”
