“This was the first time I had used Now Boarding and certainly won't be the last. Both Kate and Geoff are very friendly and care about you and your pets. The fact that Kate is a trained veterinary was very beneficial. My bunny is a house rabbit and I knew she would be ok in their heated hotel, plenty of room in her hut with a potty too. They listen to your habits you have and keep them going while your bunny stays with them. I even loved that when I messaged to ask if she was ok they were very informative with their response which put my mind at ease that she was settled ok. Thanks again for looking after my baby.”

“Couldn't recommend this cattery enough! Kathy and Simon take great care in what they do and all the fur babies are very well cared for which you can clearly see when you visit. They are very kind and friendly people, Kathy was also very helpful squeezing me in on a last minute booking due to another problem at another cattery. This was the first time my Cleo had stayed away while we went on holiday and I was very worried about leaving her. As soon as I arrived I instantly felt relaxed. The facilties are superbly maintained and the accommodation is spotlessly clean! There is a very relaxed atmosphere here and all of the cats seemed very happy. Cleo has returned home very happy and can clearly see she has been cared for very well. Will definitely be using you again and will recommend to everyone x”

“The only jumper that Dylan will wear is his polo neck from Love My Dog. He looks so smart in it and we get lots of comments when he wears it. Most importantly it keeps him really warm as he's a skinny little sausage! PS. Update - I love it so much that I’ve bought the same jumper in another colour for my other sausage dog Basil! ❤️”

“They have beautiful spacious kennels including 'family' rooms where all my dogs can still be together. They feed my pups the food I provide for them (raw food) to the schedule that I keep at home. But enough about that my dogs love it there. They love the staff and run to them for cuddles the second I open the car door. That is the most important thing. I know if my dog could write a review they would give it a 6 out of 5.”

“Excellent boarding kennels. Our family have used it since the 1960's. Have just picked our current 2 dogs up. They came home well fed, happy, and spotlessly clean. I cannot fault this boarding kennels.”

“Can't reccomend Kelly enough! Kelly is so knowledgable and caring it really put me at ease - and I normally worry a lot about leaving them when we go away! There was attention to detail, reasonable rates, updates in pictures and messages and so much care and little details! Also, Kelly made sure we showed proof of vaccination first which is great. I particularly liked that beforehand Kelly asked lots about my buns likes and dislikes, meal times, fav snacks so it really shows all the care and consideration! Thank you Kelly, Luddy and Loopy will be back ☺️”

“Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.”

“BEST TRAINING SCHOOL EVER!!! I have recently completed a 3 day cat grooming course with Heidi and her daughter Christine and I Absolutely loved every minute of it! Every one of the Absolutely Animals team were so welcoming, professional and knowledgeable which helped me massively with my learning. I came to this Grooming school knowing very little about cats and after 3 days I left with the confidence to groom any cat and inform their owners on how to look after their cats coat. Since my training I have now successfully completed cat grooming days at my salon and am so happy to now be confident and knowledgeable enough to offer this service along side dog grooming. I was so happy with the quality of training and the passion that the groomers have for teaching and caring for animals that I have decided to complete a level 4 qualification with Heidi and am hoping to send one of my staff members on their level 3 dog grooming qual very soon.”

“At first I was sad to leave our little pup but now I realise that was my baggage and dropping him off here is basically a play date that he is excited about. He is well looked after and is happy to see us and happily tired when we collect him. Liz and Jess clearly love the dogs they care for and know them all really well. Sent me pics and videos when we were gone a long time and worrying about him in the early days. Definitely recommend!”

“Our kitten Jake spent his holidays at the Village Cat Hotel in Caterham. It was his first time at a cat hotel and we had been a bit anxious, hoping that he would be happy there while on a family holiday. Emma could not have been more lovely and sympathetic to how we were feeling when dropping him off. She showed us around and allows us to stay to feel confident leaving him. She explained procedures and we asked any questions we needed to. I hope away, we got a Jake update every two days, with pictures and it honestly cemented our choice of cat hotel. We missed him so much and this really helped! She told us all about how he had settled and what he got up to every day. It completely put us at ease and showed that she really got him. We have already booked him in for his next holiday in October. We would highly recommend for anyone!”

Lovely grounds, kennels look clean, staff members always seem running around and checking on pets. Lovely expirence, would recommend to everyone! Goood Price too!!! Remember that staff members always are on farm and don’t leave animals without supervision like other places! That’s like super bonuss for us, as our fur baby is most loved one in our family! “A wonderful cattery. I have been using Barnside for over 5 years now and board my cats three times a year. The lady owner is an absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much trouble for her and her staff. My cats always come back from there very happy, having been well cared for and kept in very comfortable surroundings. I wouldn’t even contemplate taking my cats anywhere else now.”
