"I had a hair cut, wash and cut- the worst hair cut I have ever had. I asked the person to take a good five inches off my hair but she chopped it right off! Didn’t pay any attention to detail - everything was rushed from the wash to the cut! My hair looks terrible and the layers are all lopsided. I paid 37 pounds to for this and I’m so disappointed! This was before Christmas. I have tried to call the salon but no response."
