“If you are looking for the VERY BEST in customer service then A&G is the place. Alex Holt is the VERY best travel agent I have ever used. During the many flight changes and cancellations (probably 15 altogether), nothing was too much for Alex. He was always patient, kind, professional, extremely responsive and above all really cared about our plans. I was recommended to A&G by my sister who lives in England, and even though I live in the States I continue to use Alex and would never use anyone else. I'd give Alex 10 stars if I could!”

“I was a little worried after reading previous reviews, but I needn't have been! Short walk from the station, greeted very warmly by Alizay who was an absolute joy. Given a choice of floors, so opted for 6 as figured it would be quiet. This is the business floor... Room was spotless, even a bit of a view from the window. No issues with getting in late after a gig, key card worked fine. I felt safe as a woman on my own. Comfy bed, great shower, and no rush to check out the next morning. Another lovely gent on reception. Would definitely stay again, easy quick walk to go look at some of the sights. Really can't find fault for the price.”

I was feeling very upset and let down by the managing agent of the building I live in as they had not been very helpful. Then I was checked in by Irena. She was so kind, helpful and caring and really made me feel better and start to smile when all of wanted to do was cry or scream till then. The room was decent and the facilities were as expected.”

“I have been seeing Lama at 'The Hampton Wick Dental Centre' for the past year after previously being with another private dentist near to my home in Farnham. I was in need of an implant due to a loss of a prominent tooth and was beside myself as it was quite obvious when I smiled. I was told by two previous dentists that it would not be possible! I was recommended to go and see Lama at Hampton Wick but considering this would be a 70 mile round trip I was unsure whether it was pratical. Out of desperation I eventually did visit and was absolutely delighted when Lama said an implant was quite feasible! I was so delighted and relieved. The one thing I was really happy about was that at this practice everything is done under one roof as opposed to other Private dentists sending me on to other practices they work with if they could not sort out a particular problem. I found the welcome from Ron her husband who manages the practice and front desk and Lama herself to be so welcoming and quick to put your mind at ease, it is a comfortable setting and Lama herself as a dentist is kind, compassionate, professional and very gentle. I eventually had the implant which went so well, no problems at all, I absolutely love my new tooth!! Since then I decided to invest in invisilign as where I had lost some back teeth my teeth had begun to shift leaving unsightly gaps, this is one of the best investments I have ever taken for myself. The difference is amazing leaving me with a beautiful smile which I had completely stopped using previous to the treatment!! This is the first time I can honestly say that my mouth, teeth and gums have been in such good condition! I cannot recommend this practice enough, I would drive a 100 miles or more to see Lama and Ron, I think when you have a family practice which this is, you get that complete care and commitment and quality of service for a fraction of the costs I was previosly paying! “I’m currently contemplating even going home, after three tours with TruTravels. Bali, Cambodia and The Philippines i officially have the bug! Nothing is ever an issue, which takes away all your the stress and anxieties. Shout out to the travel ninjas Marta, Hull and Chris (aka Crystal) these tours wouldn’t have been the same without them, the tours are great but I personally feel it’s made by the tour guide as they take you to all the great local spots to really experience the places you’re in. “Laurel pharmacy has excellent customer service, and I have to admit it’s one of the best community pharmacies in Kingston. I visited the pharmacy a couple of days ago to collect my mum’s medication and get some advice on treating a minor ailment. The girl on the shop floor who greeted me on my first point of arrival was amiable, and she served me promptly with a smile on her face. Moreover, the pharmacist was exceptionally polite and helpful. He provided me medication for my problem and talked me through the instruction on how to use the medication correctly, and advised me on how to deal with the side effect if I encountered one. He was patient with me during the consultation, and he seemed so friendly and calm. In addition, they have recently introduced a yellow repeat prescription sticker which is very convenient and lovely to us. Usually, the stickers are either on the back or the front of your medicine package. Every month, three days before my mother runs out of her medications, I call them, and they would contact your GP on your behalf to ask them to approve your prescription. This service is hassled free, and you will not be disappointed when you want to come to collect your medication. Moreover, If you are unable to come to and collect your medication in person for any reason, they deliver your prescription to your door for free. They post your medicines in a letterbox so you won’t have to wait at home for the delivery. I have used their delivery service as well, and I have to admit it was incredible. I would recommend this pharmacy to those who love to be treated nicely and with respect.”

“came to this B&B the lady is so lovely, really welcoming and so friendly, easy to talk to and socaily great. Walked into the room and my first thoughts were WOW! Big sized room really homly comfy beds unbeilable clean lots of storage great sized TV. Bath room is really big with nice shower and bath also very clean. Could not dought this B&B atall! I have worked As a housekeeper in big hotels so know cleanliness and friendless very well. This B&B is great with all of those things. Would tell anyone to come here instead amazingly good and reasonably priced. Also unreal quick wifi!!! Amazing stay best night sleep every”
