“I’d highly recommend using their services, I got my septum pierced and I was extremely nervous. I was worried the piercer wouldn’t do it right or it would be too low. I had a lovely lady called Tyra, she was so calm and patient. She went through every step with me and honestly I’m so happy I’ve had it done. There was nothing to worry about. The place is immaculate, very clean, everything gets opened in front of you. The staff were friendly and professional. I’d go back there if I were going to get any more piercings.”

“After a Christmas Shopping trip to Bromley, we decided to take the kids to Harvester for lunch. Our server was Lorna, and she was fantastic. Friendly and accommodating; always checking if we were okay and enjoy the food. The food was excellent with portion sizes perfect (huge). As a vegan, I was a bit apprehensive at first about what would be available. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection available and, blown away by the taste! We were also impressed with the kids menu and the variety available to them. Over all an outstanding experience! Thank you, crooked Billet Harvester and, thank you Lorna our wonderful server.”

We needed to pay an additional £6 charge to the driver for a 30min delay, which is fair enough, but I would have thought that the flight details we shared in the app (flight number, scheduled arrival time) would have been used to schedule the driver's arrival and be adjusted according to live flight information. Fortunately, we had some cash to pay the driver, though, if paying in advance by card via the app, it would be more helpful to add the charge to the original payment method. These were just minor issues and we were otherwise happy with the service and price.”
