There was an occasion when there was an issue with the PCR test, the Pharmacist took charge and resolved it, within 10 minutes a correct certificate was issued. I cannot praise all the staff highly enough - both in the hotel and the Brewer's Fayre next door - for their helpfulness, politeness and professionalism, especially Judith on Reception. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and great value for families with the kids eat free deal :-) You won't be disappointed here - do give it try!”

“I was disappointed that there was no lift, as women travelling alone are always put on the top floor for some reason. My room was also the first one from the stairs. Fortunately I was only disturbed but one group of people shouting along the corridor. My main complaint, though, was the freezing cold water coming from the shower. When I mentioned this to the receptionist as I left, she told me I should have informed reception. When I said I'm not sure how when I was in the shower, she just said "oh". Update to previous review: I stayed here last weekend and it felt completely different to last time. The day before I arrived, one of the receptionists, Megan, rang to check if there was anything in particular that I required for my room. I have been staying in Premier Inns for years and have stayed in loads of them and this has never happened before. She asked if I was coming for a special occasion and I mentioned it was my birthday the previous day and that I was visiting my daughter. When I arrived in my room, I found a box of chocolates, a can of lager and a small bottle of sparkling wine, along with a card and birthday message from the hotel. I thought this was such a lovely thing to do. Megan deserves a special mention because she was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay.”

“Can't fault this hotel at all! Cheapest family room we could find in London on an otherwise expensive weekend, £93 between 3 of us, great value compared to anywhere else we found. It is well-linked to central London via the Thameslink (Morden South) or Northern line (Morden). Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming so it was nice to be felt like we were cared for by the staff. The room was clean and spacious, nothing to complain about at all. Quick check-in and check-out process as well so that was convenient.”

“Having trawled round all the big named furniture stores in Croydon and Guildford, we found our new sofas practically on our doorstep. The Epsom branch has way more stock on show than I'd thought. The staff were helpful but not remotely pushy, leaving us to browse and consider our purchase. They also let us take swatch books home overnight to see fabrics in situ. We were kept informed on delivery lead times, and the delivery team were really helpful, efficient and Covid safe. I thoroughly recommend and would go there first next time!”

Unlike some beauty therapists I have been to in the past, Hannah had me complete some client notes and then asked me some questions about the look I wanted, was this for a special occasion, had I had the treatment done before, did I know what to expect etc. It was so nice to be asked these questions so that Hannah could tailor my treatment especially for me rather than just providing me with a standard set of lashes. Hannah was very friendly and professional, provided me with lots of aftercare tips to make my lashes last longer and I would highly recommend her.”

Run by Jess who is enthusiastic about animals, trained in dog first aid and has your dog's health and safety at the forefront of her mind.
