“In the days where it’s just as easy to go online and order from most companies, it’s the service from the staff that matters the most. I had been tasked with purchasing 10 suits for a work event, no mean feat considering half the wearers were not based in the UK. After an initial chat with Oliver he understood the brief and gave me all the information needed to hand to the relevant people. Once everything was passed back to me I could have simply ordered it online, had it not have been for the exceptional service I first received from Oliver, I wouldn’t have gone back. As it was, I did and ordered them all in store. Oliver is a credit to the business he was attentive, knowledgable and patient and is the sole reason I used the store and not online to make the transaction. I’ve been using CT for over 10 years now and this is by far the best in store experience I’ve had with them. I will be using in store far more now, rather than online for the reasons above. “I had a great service from Oliver, I couldn't decide which pair for Vans to choose, but Oliver explained the differences like one had cushion back heel and the other one didn't. So i ended up choosing the one with the cushion back heel. I was also explaining to him that, i always like everything in doubles/pairs so i ended up buying a black pair and navy pair of Vans. I paid £4.99 for delivery next day as this was a Weekend I was told to expect on the Monday and the top arrived on the Tuesday. I have been on line since and had I have gone home and ordered it myself it would have cost me only £1.99 for a standard delivery. .”
