Pawsome Paddock Dog Park
● Open“Pawsome Paddock is amazing! The owners have a pack of Huskies so they knew exactly how important it was to make this place Safe and secure for dogs who's recall isn't the best. It's also a must for anybody who may have reactive dogs who can't be exercised offlead where there may be other dogs, or for dog owners to get together and hire the field for a doggy social where they all get to run together for an hour and have the BEST time. Parts of the paddock have been left with long grass which my girl loves to cool down in on those warm days. With agility and fun equipment for your doggos to enjoy you're sure to have the BEST time!...”

Liverpool Cathedral
● Open“This cathedral is all about space and the openness of it is amazing. What a worship space! The staff were wonderful, clearly proud of the building and it’s history. They really took the time to share their knowledge about the cathedral, which brought the visit to life. The stained glass windows are beautiful and although the cathedral can seem more sparse than others that tend to have hundreds more years of history within them, there was a lot to see. The views of Liverpool from the tower are definitely worth it if you decide to go up. The gift shop was lovely, but we can’t comment on the café as we didn’t try that.”

Sefton Park
● OpenLiverpool L17, United Kingdom“A beautiful park, with a bird-filled lake, wide, tree-lined avenues, and a playground. The playground is in need of a bit of tlc, but the kids still love it. The palm house is lovely to visit and have a wonder around, especially in the cold. It's also great for a coffee and cake at the cafe inside, or the van outside when that's closed. The other main cafe in the park is perfect for an ice cream and you can get a bag of duck food there too (also has toilets). It's worth visiting in spring to see the huge fields of daffodils.”

North Wirral Coastal Park
● OpenGreen Lane, Wallasey CH45 8NA, United Kingdom“My place of Zen. I absolutely love here in all of the different seasons. In summer it is just beautiful, the walk to the leasowe lighthouse and to Hoylake and West Kirby is amazing. Great cycle route as well. Swam here last Christmas Day, whilst it was cold it was fantastic to do. It is a place of serenity, fun, peace, relaxation, contemplation, whatever you decide it can be. Keeping it clean is the most important thing though so make sure you take all rubbish away, people are very hot on that deservedly so. Enjoy.”

Wirral Country Park
● OpenStation Road, Thurstaston, Wirral CH61 0HN, United Kingdom“A great place to unwind. Nice relaxing atmosphere with a good stretch of beach. Some nice cafés a cycle shop, visitor center as well as a holiday park all near by. Toilets are also available in visitor center, including disabled access if you need that. Paths around are of good quality mostly, access to the beach is via steps, again a good standard typical for beach access, with a rail most of the way up or down. Good carparking in station road. Don't cost too much. Machine although often refuses my card, no idea as it works every where else. Fall back is cash or pay on line / just park app, location code 120864. Charged an extra 2% which is 2p per £1. Still you get a receipt and you can extend your booking when away from the carpark.”

● Open“Perfect in every respect. The food and facilities are outstanding. Clean, welcoming, friendly, just spot on in every way. More than anything, I want to say a huge ‘thank you’ to the staff. They were very helpful and patient with us - nothing was too much trouble. In particular, Sue at the Spa. When I was having a massage she took great care of my friend. She went well above and beyond her duties to help my friend get ready for the pool. I actually cried when I found out what she did for her. Such a lovely lady, and a real asset to the team. I just can’t thank you all enough for everything that you did for us this weekend.”
