“Stayed in this beautiful hotel on December 9th last, everything was perfect and what makes this hotel stand out for me in the main is the warm professional hospitality received from all staff. It is also a beautiful stylish hotel rooms are so comfortable, location is excellent and the breakfast is just fab. The hotel was buzzing with guests during our stay many visitors celebrating the festive season in limerick and also many rugby fans as Munster were playing Toulouse on that weekend, considering how busy it was everything was running like clockwork, a great atmosphere and the lovely staff managing everything, special thanks to Sarah Murray who always goes the extra mile here, looking forward to my next visit already!”

“Staff were so nice,caring and helpful for our entire stay. Breakfast staff were professional and the breakfast manager was very welcoming. Food at the buffet was excellent. Our room -404 was very nicely decorated. Only problem was that it was too hot during the night. The pool was nice but the jacuzzi wasn't that warm. Great walking distance from the town and great views from the hotel. Overall a great stay . Hope to be back very soon. Well done to all the staff in the hotel for their hard work!!.”

“These smash burgers are unreal. Bao buns are tasty too. Quality and flavours are top notch. Miles ahead of Locke burger in terms of value and quality. Even after getting delivered the burgers have held so well and the chips stay crispy, as well as delivery on time. The way they wrap the burger in foil cut so that you can avoid any mess while you eat is super attention to detail. Definitely our go to when we want a good burger.”

Well it was terrific, they were all ready for us, heating on, fabulous choices on carvery menu, staff so helpful, friendly and just couldn’t do enuf.. a place to go to definitely if u are in that area, we followed up with a lovely trip on the Shannon with silver lines, thanks to Martin and Freya for lovely time. “Honouring your guests is the best kind of hospitality. We reached here just about 10 minutes before it was about to shut and there were already a good few people. The staff let us in without even once mentioning that they needed to close down, took our orders and ensured to keep the space open until we were done. Not even once were we rushed. We had a wholesome meal followed by excellent desserts and tea. It was just us in there eventually and every staff showed up to their full potential. That day, I did not just leave with a delicious dinner but also with a kind and warm experience. You know how they say — you don’t need to do something extraordinarily huge to show impact and kindness, it can be done in the simplest of ways and all that matters is your intent. That’s what I experienced here. Thank you for being so kind ✨ This has been a long pending review, so honestly, I don’t remember everything we ordered. But I have been there twice again after and I like their mixed grill plate, fish/catch of the day and the brownie.”

“Decided to head out to the Trappers inn as town was chaotic. Most bar/restaurants were booked out by 4pm. So the Trappers was perfect as it was on our way home. Ordered a ham & chicken vol u vant. What arrived out was big and tasty. Seriously that was probably one of the most generous amounts of food I've ever had with a large side dish of vegetables. So very happy. Had a pint of Guinness (sure why not) The staff are a sound bunch. Friendly & witty. Been coming here on and off for years. Great out of town spot. Great value.”
