"This hotel is a good place to go for if you are headed to Limerick. The staff is really friendly and their service is great. The rooms are really spacious and very well kept. They provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Though I would recommend a fine breakfast with them, the dinner was disappointing. Would definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Limerick."
"Check in experience was really rushed and unhelpful.. didn’t feel welcoming at all, we weren’t told where breakfast was or when, what time check out would be at etc this is information we had to go back and get from someone else working there that night. The room had no robes in it which was disappointing as we went swimming and we were told they had no robes we had to go back to the hotel and ask for one.. we were only provided a towel at the pool. You also need a €1 coin to store phones and room keys in the pool lockers which wasn’t mentioned. Pool area was nice to use with good facilities. Parking is €9 per night which is fine but wasn’t stated anywhere when making the booking. Breakfast was good, the selection available was really nice. Overall the hotel is beautiful and I’d love to stay again the location is in within walking distance of everything, the room was great and the bed was very comfortable. If the check in experience would have been better and the above fixed, it would have been 5 stars all round. Also beautiful views from the bedroom!"
"Staff were so nice,caring and helpful for our entire stay. Breakfast staff were professional and the breakfast manager was very welcoming. Food at the buffet was excellent. Our room -404 was very nicely decorated. Only problem was that it was too hot during the night. The pool was nice but the jacuzzi wasn't that warm. Great walking distance from the town and great views from the hotel. Overall a great stay . Hope to be back very soon. Well done to all the staff in the hotel for their hard work!!."
"Admittedly I attended the hotel for a conference, and while the rooms are very comfortable, with good quality towels and toiletries, the food on offer for the conference was very poor. Coffee served throughout the hotel was practically undrinkable. Staff I encountered were professional, but the food really let the entire hotel down. Would never recommend this hotel, how it is a 4 star is beyond me"
