Ambiance was superb with wonderful decor. Food was incredible, the chicken sandwich was maybe the best I’ve ever had. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Expensive, but totally worth it. “One of my favorite lunch spots in Limerick. The view of the river Shannon and the castle while sitting outside on a nice day cannot be beat. They pour an excellent pint of Guinness and have very tasty food. I’d highly recommend the fish and chips!”

“Had two excellent lunches here in sit down area during our Easter break in Co Clare. I had pulled chicken wrap - quite simply one of the nicest wraps I have ever tasted. Fresh ingredients, wonderful combination of flavours, with excellent presentation made for a real treat. My wife had salad plate which she thoroughly enjoyed- again, fresh ingredients took this lunch well above a typical lunch. Very friendly service, reasonably priced- already looking forward to our next visit. We'll done all.”

“Got two pizzas, one gluten free and the other regular. Legit pepperoni pizza and a good gluten free crust. The Guinness was good and the garlic mayo that came with the pizza was amazing. Good spot if you want a solid pizza.”

“Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were very clean & spacious. Beds very comfortable and bathroom looked brand new. The hot breakfast was very tasty with high quality ingredients. Only negative was 11am check out was early.”
