“Being a wheelchair this firm is very helpful, they have it noted on my address that I am in 1. Luckily I can transfer into a normal taxi so my wheelchair can fold up and in boot no problem. I prefer using the app to book a taxi, although when pre booking a taxi for a future date it takes the full estimated fare, maybe they could pre authorise a small amount to verify the card. Or release the money back once verified.”
